TMS’s Executive Outplacement service is called ExecutiveReach™
Whilst the ExecutiveReach™ name may be unfamiliar to you, our program for Executives represents industry Best Practice and in practical terms for those on the program, it can be tailored to meet specific and individual needs.

Our approach is to provide individual coaching and counseling programs for employees whose roles have been identified as being redundant as a result of organisational restructure. The focus for each of our programs can be defined in advance or at agreed stages of the process – it is flexible and can be customised.
